SHIPPING  Returns & Exchange POLICY

At Mi‘Che & Co., we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via UPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. In stock orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at support@michehairco.com  Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
